Maintenance Beyond Your Installation Protection
Eligible new Coastal Energy solar and battery installations include a 30 year Solar Insure parts and labor protection plan. The Coastal Care Plan serves a different purpose, adding ongoing maintenance, performance checks, annual inspections and discounted service that are not the same as a covered Solar Insure claim.
The plan is open to any Florida solar owner, not just Coastal Energy customers, within 30 miles of our Fort Myers, Naples or Miami offices. If another company installed your system, you complete a one-time Orphan Program evaluation first, then enroll in the Care Plan that fits your setup. Every visit is performed by our own Florida licensed roofing, electrical and HVAC crews, not a subcontractor.
If you need a one-off visit instead of a membership, the standard diagnostic call is $350 for single story homes. That covers the truck roll, travel within 30 miles of the closest office, a visual inspection, basic troubleshooting and the first 30 minutes on site. Submit a request and we will confirm whether your address qualifies.

What's covered
What Membership Actually Gets You
System Monitoring and Annual Inspection
Included at every tier. A technician checks the array, wiring and monitoring once a year and documents production against expected output.
Battery Health Checks and Priority Scheduling
Solar plus battery members get battery health and cycle checks added, plus priority scheduling ahead of non-members, which matters most right before and after a named storm.
Panel Cleaning and Fastest Response, VIP Tier
VIP members get panel cleaning included and move to the front of the queue for the fastest response time we offer.
Discounted Labor
50% off the standard $220 hourly rate after the diagnostic visit, or 8 included labor hours a year on the VIP tier.
