By using this website or submitting a request for a quote, proposal, consultation or scheduling through Coastal Energy ("we," "us" or "our"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit information through it.
2. Website Content and Estimates
Content on this website, including cost ranges, production estimates, calculator results and general system information, is provided for general informational purposes only. Estimates generated through any calculator, proposal request or consultation are modeled based on the information available at the time and are not a binding quote.
A firm, signable price is provided only after a site survey confirms roof condition, electrical capacity and other factors specific to your property. Actual system design, pricing, equipment availability and timelines are subject to the written proposal and contract you sign directly with Coastal Energy.
3. Licensing and Service Area
Coastal Energy has served Florida since 2019. Roofing work is performed under Florida roofing license CCC1335978 and electrical work under Florida electrical license EC13013993. Coastal Energy is Tesla Certified for solar panels, Solar Roof, Powerwall and EV charging installations.
Services are offered within our Florida service area. Availability of specific products, incentives or financing options may vary by county and utility territory.
4. Scheduling and Consultations
Booking a consultation, site survey or call through this website does not create a contract for installation services. Consultations are provided to review your property, usage and goals, and any resulting proposal is a separate document that you may accept or decline.
5. Financing and Incentives
Information about financing options and loan terms is provided for general reference and is not tax or legal advice. Federal residential tax credits have expired. Depreciation may be available depending on your tax situation, and we can connect you with Solar ITC to review it. Commercial projects can still use accelerated depreciation and the federal investment tax credit. We recommend confirming details with your tax preparer or a licensed financial advisor before relying on any figure shown on this website.
6. Intellectual Property
The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Coastal Energy or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coastal Energy provides this website and its content on an as is basis and makes no warranty that estimates, calculators or general content will be free of error. To the extent permitted by Florida law, Coastal Energy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
