  • Term: 25-Year
  • Minimum loan amount: $25,000
  • Maximum loan amount: $20,000,000
  • Loan Origination Fee of 1.5% paid by the borrower and rolled into the loan to be financed over the 25-year term.
  • Interest only payments for the first 6 months.
