Equipment
We install three panel lines depending on your roof space and budget: the Trina 445W, a strong value panel for larger roofs; the REC 460W, a high output panel for tighter roof space; and the Tesla 420W, for homeowners who want full integration with Powerwall and the Tesla app. All three are Tier 1 monocrystalline modules built for the Florida climate.
For inverters we install Tesla and Enphase. Tesla's inverter is built into the Powerwall 3 for a single integrated system. Enphase uses microinverters at each panel, which keeps production up even if one panel is shaded or serviced.
Every array we design is engineered to the Florida Building Code wind speed for your county, which ranges from 140 mph inland to 180 mph plus in the Keys. Attachment spacing, rail selection and flashing are all specified for that zone, not for a generic national standard.

We inspect roof condition, attic framing, the main panel and grounding, then confirm the design will pass inspection.

Stamped plans go to your building department along with the utility interconnection application and any HOA package.

Most residential arrays go up in one to three days. Roof repairs or a re-roof are scheduled ahead of the array.

County inspection, then utility permission to operate. We commission the system and walk you through monitoring.
Warranty
Florida specifics
Florida investor owned utilities still credit exported solar at the retail rate under one to one net metering, which is what makes a properly sized array pencil out. Credits roll month to month and any remaining balance trues up annually at the avoided cost rate, so oversizing far past your usage is rarely worth it.
Permitting runs through your city or county building department, and every jurisdiction has its own plan review queue. Lee, Collier and Miami-Dade counties each handle wind load documentation differently, and Miami-Dade requires product approval numbers on the attachment hardware. We prepare those packages in house.
Florida Statute 163.04 limits how much a homeowners association can restrict solar. An HOA cannot ban panels outright or force you to place them where production drops materially, though reasonable aesthetic requests are common. We prepare HOA submittals with drawings so the board has what it needs the first time.
Federal residential tax credits have expired. Depreciation may be available depending on your tax situation, and we can connect you with Solar ITC to review it. Florida's sales tax exemption and property tax exemption for solar equipment are still in effect.
