Which City Do You Want To Build In?
Our solar service areas run the length of the Florida peninsula. We hold Florida roofing license CCC1335978 and electrical license EC13013993, and we work statewide from offices in Fort Myers, Naples and Miami. The map highlights major markets; if your city is not listed, call (239) 299-8567 and we will confirm coverage for your address.
Southwest Florida
Home turf for our Fort Myers and Naples offices, mostly FPL and LCEC territory.
Islands and the Keys
Barrier island and Keys work with the highest wind loads and toughest logistics in the state.
Southeast Florida
Served from our Miami office, including the Miami-Dade and Broward High Velocity Hurricane Zone.
Tampa Bay and Central Florida
TECO, Duke Energy, OUC and municipal utility territory north and east of our core market.
What Changes from One Florida Market to the Next
Utility Rules
FPL, LCEC, Duke Energy, TECO, OUC and Lakeland Electric each run their own interconnection queue, meter swap process and net metering paperwork. The utility on your bill decides how long the wait between final inspection and permission to operate really is, so we file to that utility's checklist rather than a generic one.
Wind Load and Building Code
Design wind speeds range from roughly 140 mph inland to 180 mph plus in the Keys, and Miami-Dade and Broward sit inside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone with its own product approval requirements. Racking, attachment spacing and flashing details are engineered per address, never copied between markets.
Permitting and HOA Review
Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Polk and Marion counties all review at different speeds, and island and historic districts add extra scrutiny. We pull the permit, handle revisions and coordinate HOA architectural submittals for you.
